Local Beers
Nestled in the small market town of Bishop’s Castle, Shropshire, Three Tuns 17th-century brewery holds tradition in the highest regard, its where real ales are made in the traditional way and crafted with the finest ingredients to give each one its own unique Three Tuns Brewery flavour. Brewing their beer in a classic, miniature Victorian tower, means the beer is not only moved by gravity, but each brew also captures the essence and history of its truly unique surroundings.
Before your beer reaches our shop, it begins its journey in the original Grade II listed brewhouse – now the fermentation room. Here, the yeast is added (a one-of-a-kind strain developed over the last 125 years). Weaving its magic, it casts the spell that makes their real ales legendary. - XXX is a renowned beer with a 17th-century Three Tuns Brewery recipe, XXX is our premium pale ale. A straw-coloured bitter with a light malty sweetness.
